Qatar Airways Reveals New Qsuite Next Gen Suites In Business Class

Qatar Airways has just the thing for those who prefer comfort and privacy when flying. The airline has recently revealed its Qsuite Next Gen Suites for luxury in business class. What with privacy screens, 4K TVs with fold-back screens and cozy dinners, Qatar Airways says the new suites are “the future of business class travel.”

Qatar Airways reveals new Qsuite Next Gen Suites

The Qsuite Next Gen suites are an upgrade from the current Qsuites, located in the middle aisle. They feature sliding doors and digitally controlled dividers, 4KTVs and AI cabin crew. Meanwhile, the new companion suites enjoy window views, larger double beds and enhanced privacy. Moreover, Qatar Airways’ newly unveiled Next Gen suites take business class flying to new, tech-fuelled heights.

The 4K OLED maneuverable TV screens can be pushed flat to the sides to create a two or four-seat space so fellow passengers can dine together. Meanwhile, they also feature ambient lighting to enhance the mood.

When will the new suites be available?

Qatar Airways’ new suites were revealed on the first day of the Farnborough International Airshow 2024 in the UK. Meanwhile, Sama, the world’s first “AI Digital Human” cabin crew was also revealed. Moreover, the new Qsuites will form part of Qatar Airways Boeing B777-9 aircraft by 2025.

Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive Officer, Engr. Badr Mohammed Al-Meer said in a statement:

Hailed as the future of business class travel, the airline hopes the new suites will bolster its award-winning status. Just last month, Qatar Airways was named Airline of the Year 2024 at the Skytrax World Airline Awards, knocking Singapore Airlines from the top spot. Moreover, the airline was also crowned as having the World’s Best Business Class.

The reasoning for the airline’s victories was its on-demand, a la carte dining for business class passengers, its top-notch service and modern entertainment systems. With the latest tech, it can only get better, with larger dining spaces, higher, digitally controlled dividers and a new “make my bed” feature added to its turn-down service.

Moreover, for increased passenger convenience and connectivity, the Qsuite Next Gen features a vast array of customization options, ranging from ambient lighting to privacy controls through its upgraded touchscreen Passenger Control Units.

Meanwhile, the airline’s new Companion Suite features similar characteristics to the Quad Suite, offering the same shared space in window aisles.
