Get ready for the summer of 2024, when Virgin Atlantic is adding flights to London from two major US hubs. The airline will add from flights from New York City and Boston to London, England next summer. Meanwhile, Virgin Atlantic is also adding flights to other UK cities from the US.

The UK airline, Virgin Atlantic, is making it easier for travelers to fly between the US and the UK next summer by adding more flights to New York City and Boston. The airline is adding a seventh daily flight between London and New York, making a record number of flights between the two major cities. Moreover, it will also add a second daily flight between Boston and London, UK.

Both the new flights will be on Virgin Atlantic’s A350-1000 aircraft and A330-900neo aircraft. These feature the airline’s Retreat Suite which features lie-flat seats and fully closing doors for the ultimate in privacy.

In a statement, Juha Jarvinen, Chief Commercial Officer of Virgin Atlantic said:

With Boston and New York, JFK being key business and leisure travel routes, customers can rely on Virgin Atlantic to connect them to these popular destinations as we offer more opportunities to travel with our expanded offering.

By [utilizing] our brand new A350 and A339 aircraft, our passengers can travel in style with Virgin Atlantic, as we commit to operating the routes that our customers love to fly.

Virgin Atlantic is also increasing its service to Miami from 11 flights per week to twice daily. Moreover, it is also adding a seasonal summer flight from Manchester to Las Vegas. With all the new additions, the airline will offer around 27 daily departures to the US to major cities. These include Atlanta, Los Angeles, Miami, Orlando, San Francisco, Seattle, Tampa and Washington DC.

Meanwhile, earlier this year, Virgin Atlantic joined the SkyTeam Alliance network, aligning itself with Delta Air Lines. Due to the partnership, passengers will have access to the same benefits and perks when flying with the partner airline.

Moreover, the airline has improved accommodation for passengers with seeing eye dogs. It has trained its cabin crew on the best way to approach passengers with sight loss, helping them to navigate narrow spaces and stairs and to assist them when taking a seat.

The airline’s new services will also enhance connections for customers, giving them the opportunity to connect to cities throughout the US. They also offer access to destinations in the rest of with their new partner Delta Air Lines.

With the new flight service, UK travelers will now have easier access to visit the US, while American travelers will be able to visit London with all its iconic landmarks.
