Marbella stands out among the beach resort towns of the Costa del Sol and is backed by the Sierra Blanca Mountains. This typical Spanish town is lined by 17 mi (27 km) of sandy beaches, all lapped by the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. Starting at Guadalmina, the beaches run all the way to Cabopino and offer something for everyone. They are perfect for family fun, backed by lifeguards during the summer months, but also offer chiringuitos (beach bars and restaurants), serving the best catch of the day fish and seafood. Moreover, each offers bathroom facilities as well as sun beds and parasols to rent for a day in the sun.

Speaking of celebrities, those of a musical type can often be enjoyed at Starlite Catalana Occidente, believed to be the best boutique music festival in Europe. Starlite has seen many great stars, including such greats as Lionel Richie, Elton John, Yusuf/Cat Stevens, Andrea Bocelli, Pet Shop Boys, Sting, Tom Jones, Ricky Martin, Enrique Iglesias and many more.

However, this venue isn’t only about music as the gourmet restaurants on site serve gastronomic delights. Meanwhile, a fun aspect is to book a table in the Sessions area of Starlite to enjoy the after-parties from the show.
