Killer Queen: Queen Tribute Returns to M Resort Spa Casino

Exciting news comes from M Resort Spa Casino for Queen fans as the hotel confirms that Killer Queen will once again perform in the Pavilion. The longest-established worldwide Queen tribute comes directly from the UK and will perform songs originally made famous by Freddie Mercury and Queen with lead singer Patrick Myers performing as Freddie.

Killer Queen to return to M Resort Spa Casino

On Saturday, March 22, 2025, Killer Queen will return to perform at M Resort Spa Casino in the Pavilion, with Patrick Myers leading the band as Freddie Mercury. Killer Queen was formed in June 1993 with their first public shows held at London University, while following in the footsteps of the real Queen who performed their first shows there 21 years earlier.

In 1999, Killer Queen won the award for “Worldwide Best Tribute Band, “ and also scored a number one hit when asked to recreate Queen’s harmonies for “The Real Life,” with Fatboy Slim in 2001.

The band set their sights on America in 2016

Fast forward to 2016 and Killer Queen set their sights on America. This included a performance at the Red Rocks Arena in Colorado, one of the most prestigious venues in the US, where The Beatles, Springsteen and U2 have all played. Lead singer Patrick Myers said:

It’s been an amazing journey. That first show back in June 1993 changed my life. We thought our band would last maybe a summer at the most but it’s a very addictive thing performing these songs! The concerts grew and grew, and we’ve ended up playing and selling out the same arenas that Queen played at their peak. It’s been quite a surreal ride.
