Universal Mega Movie Parade Unveiled by Universal Orlando Resort

The all-new Universal Mega Movie Parade is now open at Universal Orlando Resort. Guests will get to enjoy iconic, fan-favorite films like E.T., JAWS, Back to the Future, Jurassic World, Ghostbusters, Minions and Sing. Meanwhile, DreamWorks Animation’s Trolls and Kung Fu Panda will also feature in the fun parade.

Universal Mega Movie Parade coming to Universal Studios Florida

As noted by Florida Today, the exciting Universal Mega Movie Parade will feature 13 new floats, with close to 100 performers, including dancers, skaters, poi performers, stilt walkers and more. Moreover, the special effects will create a jaw-dropping experience as guests relive moments in classic films in a new way.

Among the exciting moments, guests will see the colorful Caterbus, with its giant rainbows on the vibrant Trolls float. They will also see a 16-foot Stay Puft Marshmallow Man on top of the Ghostbusters float along with a 70s dance floor across the Minions float.

Moreover, a live marching drum line will perform iconic movie scores from JAWS with a float-themed to the movie. As an epic finale, the fierce Tyrannosaurus Rex on the Jurassic World float and more will thrill guests.

Interactive bubble wands on sale

To add to guests’ excitement, all-new interactive bubble wands will be on sale, inspired by some of the parade’s movies. These exciting wands will blow bubbles, illuminate, vibrate and offer sounds while interacting with select Universal Mega Movie Parade floats and more.

Popular characters from DreamWork’s Animation’s Trolls, Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment’s Jurassic World, and Minions will feature on the bubble wands, including sounds and lights unique to each character, thus creating custom interactions for guests.
