Azamara returns to New England
Based in Miami, Florida, Azamara operates four small cruise ships exploring worldwide itineraries. On December 22, the company announced its 2025 fall schedule, part of which takes the cruise ship back to New England for the first time in almost a decade. However, they also announced some exciting new destinations in Canada, Greenland and Iceland.

There’s so much charm and history to uncover throughout the region, and we’ve carefully curated these itineraries to give travelers plenty of time to explore everything from quaint coastal cities to major metropolises such as Montréal and New York.
Six new voyages on Azamara Quest
As noted by Travel Pulse, the following six new voyages will be onboard the Azamara Quest in the fall of 2025:
Iceland, Greenland, Eastern Canada
Launching on August 20, 2025, Azamara offers a 10-night Iceland Intensive Voyage that is a round trip from Reykjavik, Iceland. This exciting itinerary also offers extended stays to allow passengers more time to explore Akureyri, Husavik and Siglufjordur. Meanwhile, the Azamara Quest will feature a maiden port call, and also visits Thorshavn in the Faroe Islands.The 14-night Iceland, Greenland & Eastern Canada Voyage embarks from Reykjavik on August 30, heading to Québec City. The cruise ship will make calls at Grundarfjordur, Iceland, as well as ports in Greenland such as Qaqortoq. It will also make a maiden call at Nanortalik before heading across the Atlantic to St. John’s in Newfoundland, followed by extended stays at Saguenay and Québec City.
Québec Intensive Voyage with Azamara
Departing on September 13, the 10-night Québec Intensive Voyage heads to Gaspe, Iles de la Madeleine, Trois Rivieres and Québec City. The cruise ship will also make additional calls at other provinces, including Sydney in Nova Scotia, Charlottetown in Prince Edward Island, and the French island of St. Pierre et Miquelon.
Azamara’s Canada/New England Intensive
Leaving Montréal on September 23, the 12-night Canada/New England Intensive Voyage makes a call at a dozen locations. The Azamara Quest will sail the Saguenay Fjord before calling at Halifax and Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. Following this, the ship will head south to Portland, Maine, Boston, Massachusetts, and end in New York.Meanwhile, the cruise ship sales on October 5 on the 12-night Canada/New England Intensive Voyage from New York to Montréal, via the Cape Cod Canal. Along the way, the cruise ship will make stops at Newport, Rhode Island, Boston, Massachusetts, and Bar Harbor, Maine, before heading to Saint John, New Brunswick. The next destinations are Halifax and Sydney, Nova Scotia, Iles de la Madeleine, Prince Edward Island, Saguenay and Québec City.
Montréal to Miami
Leaving on October 17, the 14-night Canada/Colonial America Intensive Voyage sails from Montréal to Miami. Meanwhile, the Azamara Quest will call at Québec City, Sydney and Halifax before sailing to the ports of Boston, Newport, New York, Norfolk, Virginia and Charleston, South Carolina in the USA.Azamara also recently unveiled its 155-night world cruise coming in 2026.
