Singapore wants travellers to get off the beaten track through October 2026. And it could save you some money. The Singapore Tourism Board and Grab are offering ride perks for tourists who want to explore local neighbourhoods and night spots.
It coincides nicely with the Grand Prix Season, which always draws big crowds.
The Vouchers
Travel and Tour World reported that one of the bonus vouchers can be used for rides to and from Katong-Joo Chiat, Mandai and Sentosa.
Katong-Joo Chiat is well-known for street art murals in an area with residential buildings. Some of them are marked as heritage sites.
Meanwhile, Mandai in northern Singapore is an area known for the Mandai Wildlife Reserve. And as for Sentosa, Sentosa.com reminds readers that there are over 400 attractions in the area, including waterparks and beaches.
Malay Mail described the idea as getting travellers “beyond the usual downtown circuit.” But don’t expect Grab to ferry you around Singapore endlessly on the cheap. The deal is capped at two redemptions per customer.
And as 2026 shows a trend towards more immersive experiences, exploring Singapore one neighbourhood at a time isn’t a hard sell.
Night Life Discounts
There’s also something for people who stay out late. Grab is offering 20 percent off one ride between 7 PM and 4 AM. Clarke Quay, Boat Quay, Robertson Quay and Holland Village are among the places included.
Clarke Quay is situated in the historic riverside area of Singapore, and the name also refers to the road running alongside the waterfront. Part of it was turned into a walking street, ideal for browsing.”
Holland Village is popular neighborhood in Singapore, tucked along the border of Bukit Timah and Queenstown. It’s super laid-back, with a real retro feel and plenty of trendy cafes to check out. Both locals and expats are big fans because it’s got that old-school character but still modern. Many travelers enjoy dining there oir just hanging out.
Travel and Tour World said the voucher is meant “to inspire travellers to discover more of Singapore,” and the different destinations seem to deliver exactly that.
