1. Visit The Ringling Museum Of Art

2. Spend A Day At Siesta Key Beach, Florida
Covered in beautiful white sand, Siesta Key Beach consistently hits the top spot as one of the best beaches in America. Enjoy swimming and checking out the local marine life in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, or simply bring and towel and catch some rays. There are always plenty of other activities to enjoy, like beach volleyball and you can pack a picnic lunch to snack on while there, or simply head to the wide variety of restaurants and cuisine options surrounding Siesta Key.

3. Marie Selby Botanical Gardens
Soak in all the beauty this 15-acre garden has to offer! The Marie Selby Botanical Gardens houses a wide variety of plants, including orchids, bromeliads, and other exotic species. The attraction also has a butterfly garden to marvel in, Koi Pond, as well as the Payne Mansion, a 1920s home that was restored. This unique attraction is certainly something that people of all ages will appreciate.
4. Head For A Sunset Cruise
Sarasota, Florida is known for its incredible sunsets, and taking a cruise as the sun is setting is a great way to fully experience this phenomenon. There are a number of companies that offer sunset cruises in the area, and some that provide packages where both food and drinks are included.
5. Shop ‘Till You Drop At St. Armands Circle, Florida
Looking for a little retail therapy during your Sarasota stay? St. Armands Circle is an outdoor shopping mall that offers interesting boutiques, galleries, and many dining options. It’s a great way to enjoy a walk outside, while also shopping for souvenirs.
