Popular Animated Series Bluey Set To Feature At Disney Resorts & Voyages

The animated series Bluey is much loved by children and adults alike, and now Disney Experiences has announced that the internationally loved series will join the roster of attractions at Disneyland Resort in California, and Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. Moreover, it will join the attractions on Disney Cruise Line in 2025.

Bluey sails on Disney Cruise Line voyages and Disney entertainment

Starting in January 2025, passengers on Disney Cruise Line voyages from Australia and New Zealand can already look forward to a selection of Bluey experiences. While on a cruise, passengers will have an opportunity to engage with Bluey and her sister, Bingo in exciting and interactive ways. Moreover, they will enjoy special meet-and-greet opportunities, as well as a clue-filled game that ends in a lively dance party full of Bluey’s signature moves.

Meanwhile, a collaboration between Bluey’s Emmy-award-winning production company, Ludo Studio, BBC Studios and Disney will bring a selection of special activations for fans to delight in. Right now, further details on how park visitors can interact with Bluey and her family at Disneyland and Walt Disney World are scarce. However, details will be shared in the coming months and this announcement sparks a new chapter in the partnership between the Bluey franchise and Disney.

The Walt Disney Company and BBC Studios

This latest move forms part of a broader expansion by The Walt Disney Company in its relationship with BBC Studios. Moreover, Disney now has global theatrical rights to a Bluey movie, slated for release in 2027.

The film, to be produced by Ludo Studio and BBC Studios, will be distributed under the Disney name. Moreover, it will be available for streaming on Disney+ following its theatrical run. After the movie’s release in cinemas, it will also air on ABC iview and ABC Kids in Australia.
