Quiet Riot to perform at M Resort Spa Casino’s M Pavilion
The Los Angeles heavy metal band Quiet Riot is set to perform at M Resort Spa Casino’s M Pavilion on October 5, 2024. Rudy Sarzo, the legendary bassist and Metal Health founding member has returned to the band after an absence of 20 years. Meanwhile, honoring the wishes of the late Frankie Banali, Quiet Riot continues with guitarist Alex Grossi, vocalist Jizzy Pearl and the new drummer, Johnny Kelly.The heavy metal band’s musical journey began in 1980 when Kevin DuBrow formed Quiet Riot, while later joining forces with Frankie Banali. Meanwhile, their 1983 album, Metal Health, featuring hits like “Cum on Feel the Noize, reached #1 on the US charts. It then went platinum five times, selling more than 15 million copies worldwide.
Moreover, subsequent albums, including Condition Critical (1984) and QR III (1986), solidified their legacy, with tracks like Party All Night and Mama Weer All Crazee Now. Furthermore, despite lineup changes, Quiet Riot has continued to make music and tour globally.
After the death of Kevin DuBrow in 2007, Banali chose to keep the band’s legacy alive. He then battled cancer until he died in 2020, leaving Johnny Kelly to take over on drums. Moreover, Quiet Riot is thrilled to welcome back Rudy Sarzo and to tour and record new music.
