Delta Air Lines is always expanding its reach with nonstop flights to make travelers’ lives easier. The airline is now offering new nonstop flights to Auckland to make it easier to visit and enjoy the destination.

They are for the first time offering direct flights between Los Angeles, California and Auckland, New Zealand. The new flights take 12 hours and 55 minutes to fly between the two popular cities and will be available all year round.

Flights are available daily between November and March, while April to October will see three flights a week. For US travelers, the daily flight leaves Los Angeles (LAX) at 11 pm each day and is scheduled to arrive in Auckland (AKL) at 7:55 am, two days later in local time. Admittedly, the time difference can make it feel like a long flight, so expect a little jetlag!

Between April and October, flights will leave Auckland on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, leaving Los Angeles on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.
