It’s a good day to be a Disney lover. The Magic Kingdom just made the dreams of parkgoers come true by bringing back their annual passes. Here’s all the details.
Disney Thrills Fans By Announcing the Return Of Walt Disney World Annual Passes
Walt Disney shared a big news last week and it’s sure to make Disney fans very happy as it’s something they’ve been asking for. The news was announced on April 6 by Communications Senior Manager Eric Scott on the Disney Parks blog. The news we’re talking about is that the Disney Incredi-Pass, Disney Sorcerer Pass and Disney Pirate Pass will once again be available for purchase online beginning this coming April 20.
In addition to this, eligible Disney Vacation Club Members will have the added opportunity to purchase the DVC Disney Sorcerer Pass online starting April 13 as part of your Membership Magic benefits.
“It’s an incredible time to be a part of the Walt Disney World Annual Passholder program as we’ve taken the feedback we received from Annual Passholders and are making exciting changes,” the announcement post reads. “Passholders now receive access to select Disney PhotoPass benefits (age restrictions apply) and, beginning April 18, Annual Passholders can visit the theme parks after 2 p.m. without needing a park reservation, except on Saturdays and Sundays at Magic Kingdom Park. Pass blockout dates continue to apply.”
Keep in mind that there will be a limited number of passes and it’s possible that they could quickly sell out and may become unavailable at any one time. So, definitely take advantage of this information and get them before they’re sold out.
Current Annual Passholders, however, have the advantage of being able to check out The Passholder Buzz available on the My Disney Experience app. You can view the full terms and conditions on the Walt Disney World Annual Pass on the official Walt Disney World website.
